Hello!

Thanks so much for you for visiting Alphabet Bags!

We (Hayley & Lucas) are out of the office at the moment for the holidays. The office will be closed from 3pm December 22nd until 9am January 5th. During this time we will not be able to respond to emails or answer calls. Orders placed after 2:30pm December 22nd will be shipped as soon as possible when we return on January 5th.

We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible when we are back in the new year. There may be a little catching up to do so please bear with us.

CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES

Alphabet Bags will be closed for the holidays from 5pm 22nd December until 9am 5th January. During this period we will be unable to answer calls. Please feel free to leave us a message or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Orders can still be placed through the online checkout during this time and any orders placed during this period will be dispatched from 5th January. Happy holidays!

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK please find details below for the recommended last postage dates for Christmas delivery. These dates apply to Royal Mail Airmail delivery services.

If you are placing your order after the last recommended postage date you can select the Courier Service delivery option to expedite your order for Christmas delivery. We use UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location, please contact Lucas or Hayley at hello@alphabetbags.com if you have any questions about courier delivery.

We're pleased to let you know that we have finally joined Twitter! That's right, we've caught the bug. It's top of our bookmarks in the office, at home, and we're even on the app on our phones.

Just to warn you, we also tweet pictures of our cats, Sunday lunches, and other odds and ends that we get up to when out of the office.

As you might gather we've not been the best at updating the Alphabet Bags blog over the years. As a result we'll be retiring from posting here, instead focusing on Twitter as a more suitable way of keeping you up to date with what's new in our world.
