Happy very belated New Year everyone!

We have had a rather busy January here so apologies for the lack of updates. After the mad rush over Christmas we had a little time off to recharge and have been super busy since catching up and getting started on new collections.

We have loads planned for the year already and we can't wait to start sharing new things with you all. In the meantime, here's some Instagram shots we've taken lately at home and at the office. The holiday season is upon us and we are about to take a much needed break. 

We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our lovely customers and everyone who has helped Alphabet Bags in 2012. We have had a fantastic year and are touched that so many of you are enjoying what we are doing. 

We can't wait to see what 2013 has in store. We would love to share it with you, so watch this space!

Back in November last year the lovely girls from Dashing Magazine  asked if they could pop round to our place for a little interview and photo shoot for their very first issue. We were thrilled to be included in the fantastic online publication, which we've been great fans of ever since.

The lovely Fanni Williams took some beautiful photographs of our little house in East Dulwich, as well as the two of us and our two cats! Fanni has very kindly allowed us to post some photographs she took for the Dashing shoot here.

Last weekend Lucas and I travelled to Honfleur in France for a family wedding. It was so nice to escape the city for a long weekend and get to spend time in such a lovely place. We had a great time at the wedding but also really enjoyed exploring Honfleur, with it's charming buildings and restaurants.

We stayed in the most beautiful guest house right near the harbour, with lots of fantastic antique shops right on our doorstep (French antiques are the best!).

A highlight of the weekend was visiting the Butterfly House.

Having only visited Paris previously we definitely want to explore more of France now!

We're sorry for the lack of posts lately. We've been so busy since the new site went up and have projects coming out of our ears! We've been planning the rest of the years collections and releases, we've got lots of exciting things to come over the next few months. It is a tad overwhelming looking at the list of new projects but we're really looking forward to showing you what we've been busy working on. We really hope you will like everything! 

We're off to France tomorrow for a family wedding. It's always nice to take a few days out of the office, often we have the best ideas when we're away!
